This isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.
I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel lost inside your own life. I spent years performing “fine.” I ticked the boxes, built the career, raised the family, held it all together. But behind the scenes? I was running on empty. I was stuck in survival mode until everything fell apart.
When my husband died suddenly in 2016, it broke me wide open. In the heartbreak, I saw the truth: I had never truly felt safe. Not in my body. Not in my relationships. Not even in the life I’d carefully constructed. And in that moment of grief, I made a quiet promise: Survival is no longer enough.
So I began again.
Not by pretending to be okay but by doing the work. I studied psychology, trauma, and healing. I trained in the tools that helped me finally feel like me. And I built Happya® to share that healing with others.
Now, I hold space for women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, invisible, or unsure who they are anymore. I help you find safety not in someone else’s version of healing, but in your own. I help you rebuild from the inside out, so your life can start to feel like yours again.
Happya isn’t about fixing you, you were never broken.
