FAQs
You can join online from the comfort of your own space! Once you book your spot, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email before the session. Just click the link at the session time, and you’ll be able to join live.
It’s important to feel comfortable and relaxed for each session. Make sure your body is fully supported, having pillows to hand can help. Keep a glass of water nearby, and ensure you won’t be disturbed. It’s often best to use headphones during the session for an immersive experience, as this helps block out distractions and enhances the focus on the process. I'll guide you through everything else!
No, Happya Hour is designed to be experienced live, and full recordings are not provided to participants. This encourages full engagement during the session. If you miss a session, refunds are not provided.
Happya Hour is open to anyone looking to improve their mental and emotional well-being through mindfulness, EFT, and positive psychology. However, it is not intended for deep trauma processing.
